Cody is a servant leader in the Medicare industry helping literally thousands of individuals in Iowa with their Medicare needs each year.
Cody began his insurance career in 2008 for American Republic Insurance Services, an American Enterprise Group company headquartered here in Des Moines. In 2014 Cody earned the top spot in the country for his company in sales. He also was awarded this honor in 2016. In 2016, Cody began helping other insurance reps help more people by becoming an Agency manager. Once Cody became a manager, he has been top agency sales manager nationally in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Cody is now currently a regional sales manager overseeing teams in Independence, Missouri, Springfield, Illinois, Nashville, Tennessee, and the state of Iowa with 65 agents reporting to Cody from around the country.
Cody is constantly fielding calls from our senior market in Central Iowa about Medicare questions. He’s always happy to help and never turns down a call. He also has local workshops or seminars where he breaks down Medicare for people to better understand this industry.
